How do I know if My Verizon order went through? ›

Once an order is complete, we'll send a receipt or order confirmation via email or text message. The service order confirmation will contain: A welcome video about your new service and, if applicable, the steps in your installation process. Your installation or activation date.

Consumer customers. Please log in to your My Verizon account to notify us of your choice to opt out. Your login will allow us to remember your choice when you log in on our site. We will also extend your opt out to our offline activities.

It depends on which shipping option* you select. 2-day shipping: Orders placed before 8 PM ET Monday - Friday, or before 2 PM ET on Saturday, excluding holidays, will be delivered in 2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM ET on Saturday, and before 8 PM ET on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday*

A pending account change is an order that is in progress or future dated, such as: Adding a device. Upgrading a device. Changing features on a device.

Confirm your payment was received by signing in to My Verizon. If it's still not there, Contact Us with your receipt handy and we will investigate for you.

Sign into My Verizon and track your shipment on the My Orders page. Note: If the tracking number doesn't appear as a link, tracking isn't available for that courier. If more than 48 hours have passed since the scheduled delivery time, contact us to file a claim for a lost-in-transit package.

A GPS tracker receives a GPS signal and sends location information, along with other vehicle data, back to a fleet management system via cellular 3G, 4G LTE, CDMA or satellite networks. Using your vehicle tracking system, you can then monitor your fleet in near real time.

By enabling location settings you are authorizing Verizon to collect, use and disclose your Location Information as appropriate to provide you with any location services that you enabled.

Due to increase in phone orders we use both FedEX and UPS. The only exception would be if you are employed by either FedEX, UPS, or USPS, in which case your phone would ship via your employer.

Can I have someone else pick up My Verizon order? ›

Who can pick up online orders at a Verizon store? The Account Owner or Account Manager must be present at pickup and must bring: A valid government-issued photo ID. The physical credit card or debit card used to place the order online.

It may take several minutes to complete the activation. Once you have followed all the steps, you will most likely need to power off and power on your new device. Awesome. Now you're ready to start using your new device.

“Pending”: The seller hasn't accepted the payment yet. Some sellers wait until you receive the item before they accept the payment. “In Progress”: The seller accepted a partial payment amount. “Complete”: The seller accepted the entire payment amount.

If there's no one at the delivery address specified on the order, an attempt will be made to contact you at the phone number entered when you placed your order. If no one is available to accept delivery after calling you, your order will be returned and a refund will be processed.

If you choose to trade-in online, expect your gift card (for guest users) at least two weeks from the time Verizon receives your device, or your credit (for My Verizon users) within 1-3 bill cycles after appraisal. Overall, the entire process generally takes 4 to 6 weeks. Also see our support hub.

When we get your complete and undamaged returned equipment in like-new condition, we issue a refund: Purchases made by credit card are refunded through a credit to your credit card (which may take up to 3 weeks). Purchases made by cash or check are refunded by check (may take up to 7 weeks).

Verizon bills one month in advance, so your first statement will include partial charges for the current month, as well as charges for the following month. Monthly charges are prorated according to the number of days you are billed for during your 30-day billing cycle.
